The facility will house 1,000 students and encompass approximately 154,700 sf. The exterior of the building will be of masonry construction, a quality, long-lasting building system. Overall, the building is a compact design. Its efficiency will be important not only the users, but also with regards to lower initial cost and its adaptability as a potential prototype facility to a variety of different sites. This is very important as sites become more difficult to acquire.
